The units are side by side and mirror each other and are numbers TH330 and TH331. They face south and have direct views onto the internal watergarden with gazebo. The units are 1102 square feet, 2 storey, 2 bedroom, 2 ½ baths, all stainless steel appliances, mostly hardwood and granite throughout. They are located in the top two floors of a four storey building and have direct access outside via stairs, and to an internal hallway leading to an elevator, which takes you to the underground parking and lockers, as well as ground level, and to the rooftop patio with BBQ's and garden. The units have 9 foot ceilings and probably the most unique feature is they are constructed in concrete, not wood. They will therefore be very solid and the noise transfer and shifting should be significantly less than that found in the normal wooden low rise construction. This type of concrete construction costs much more than conventional wood construction
